FULLY CARVED violin with spruce top and maple back & sides. Carved stringed instruments provide a brighter musical tone than violins with laminate or pressed tops. Your beginner's tone will shine!
SOLID EBONY PEGS & FINGERBOARD. The pegs are cut & fit in our workshop to fit your instrument exactly. The fingerboard is dressed so the height of the strings is optimal. Four built-in fine tuners make it easier to tune.
PROFESSIONAL SETUP. Great Falls Strings orchestral instruments are INDIVIDUALLY set up in our U.S.-based workshop, and each instrument is test-played before shipping.
COMPLETE OUTFIT includes instrument, lightweight rigid case, and a Brazilwood bow with rosin. Includes music pocket, backpack straps, and spot for your shoulder rest! Has room for two bows.
